| Welcome to Harmony Day Spa We offer a complete line of professional, unisex services at our quiet retreat just outside the city of Watertown, NY. Whether you are looking for an hour service or you would like to pamper yourself with several services, our experienced staff are here to meet your needs. We are proud to have been voted the #1 Spa in Jefferson County and have been recently accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We were recently featured in the Absolutely Business Magazine publication. While a guest with us you will enjoy your services and the special attention our staff extends to you. It will be obvious why it's important to book your reservations in advance. We suggest that you review our Spa Recommendations section prior to visiting the Spa for the first time. All spa services are available by prior appointment. Our hours of operation are: Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Sunday Reiki is the only service available by appointment only on Monday Reiki , Muscle Response Testing, Foot Detox , Iridology and Food Intolerance Testing are available by appointment only *When calling, if we are unavailable, please do not hang up, simply leave a message on our answering machine and when we are available we will call you back. If you are calling past business hours, your call will be returned the next day. You are welcome to contact us via email, but please do not book, make or change any appointments . We accept Mastercard/Visa/Local Checks We are closed during all major Holidays Reservations and Appointments: We do require that for your first time visiting the Spa you reserve your appointment with a major credit card. Our Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hr. notice for all cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will result in a service charge of 50% of the service(s) that were booked. If you do not show up or call regarding any scheduled appointments you will be charged for the full amount of the service(s) booked. We ask that you please do not make reservation changes or cancellations through our website contact page, instead contact the Spa directly at (315) 777 - 4215 and leave a message.
