* please do not bring a guest with you during your appointment
please enter when you see the OPEN sign displayed by the door
* if you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment
*your temperature will be taken and a few questions will be asked in the event contact tracing is needed for the Dept of Health
* non-touch hand sanitizer and anti bacterial soap are available
