Things to know before your first appointment

I take pride in offering clients a quiet and tranquil experience here at Harmony Healing & Wellness, so I ask kindly that you do not show up unannounced.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ​

If you need to schedule an appointment with me, you have access to any time spots available by simply booking though my website. Look for the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page.

​

There you will set up a Customer Profile for yourself. You will be asked to reserve your spot(s) with a verified credit or debit card. This is for the reservation appointment only. I do not see or charge the card for any services. For payment of your services, I only accept cash, local check or Harmony Day Spa Gift Certificates. I do not accept credit or debit cards or any other platform for payments such as Venmo etc. Completing your customer profile allows you to book online and view my openings 24/7.

GIFT CERTIFCATES

If you need to purchase a Gift Certificate, you may purchase one on the website using the Gift Certificate link. Your gift certificate will be mailed to the address you provide. Please make sure that all information is correct.

IF you need to pick up a Gift Certificate, please contact me at the spa (315)777-4215 and I will arrange a pickup time when I am not with a client. Only cash or local check are accepted at the spa- YOU may pay for the Gift Certificate through the Gift Certificate link if you would like to use a credit or debit card and call to alert me that you wish to pick it up locally.

Treat your Gift Certificates like cash. Put them in a safe place as you will need to present these when you receive a service with me.

SERVICES

I only accept one client at a time since I work by myself and do not have a waiting room, so please do not bring any additional guest with you. Remember that you are here to detach from the outer influences of the world to relax and rejuvenate in a peaceful setting.

PARKING

There is designated parking for your convivence. You will see the areas marked Customer Parking. Please use spot 1 or spot 2 only.

SERVICE TIME

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled service time. When you see the OPEN sign displayed on the door please enter, even if you arrive a few minutes early, when the OPEN sign is displayed, I am ready for you.

If you arrive and the CLOSED sign is displayed, this just simply means that I am still with the client prior to your appointment. It is not necessary to arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

ARRIVING LATE

If you arrive late, I will work my best with the time remaining for your scheduled appointment. IF any unforeseen circumstances make you late, please alert me as soon as possible so that this does not disturb any clients' services that are scheduled after you.

SEATED OUTDOOR AREAS

Please feel free to enjoy the seated areas on the garden terrace located to the right of the driveway entrance or the seated areas on the patio near the entrance of the spa. Enjoy the tones of the windchimes and the beauty of nature before your treatment during the nicer weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24 hrs. notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to provide proper notice you will be charged the full-service fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged full-service fee as well.

I want to gently share how missed appointments impact my small business. When a reservation is made and a client doesn’t show up, that time has been set aside exclusively for them. Unfortunately, a no-show means I’m unable to offer that slot to someone else and I lose income that I depend on.

I truly value every client and understand that unexpected things can happen. I just ask for as much notice as possible if plans change so I can adjust my schedule. I ask that you do not send me messages through Facebook, FB messenger or any other social media platform. Calling ensures that I receive the message.

                                   INAPPROPIATE BEHAVIOR

​

If at any time any client shows an inappropriate behavior, they will be asked to leave the spa and will be restricted from returning.
