Monthly Moments

Now that the holiday season is complete, its good to take a breath. 

​

It's not hard to bring many demands upon us even if that was not our intention to begin with and we find ourselves not taking that breath.

​

We want to remind you that people forget to breath, I know it sounds silly. You are probably saying to yourself that you breath each day but seriously people forget how to really breath.

​

So sit comfortably, close your eyes and take a full breath in. Really feel it in your lungs, Feel the chest rise and fall. Now listen to your breath. Do this several times , don't count your breath, just breath until you feel more centered and peaceful.

​

Now how do you feel? You should feel good!

​

Now after all of the demands you put on yourself this year, now do something for yourself. Take 5, 10 or however many minutes each day and just breath. I promise it will do you a world of good.

​

We are always here when you need us to decompress, but we encourage you to honor yourself each and every day to breath.

​
