The following are some things to consider when making your first appointment with Harmony Day Spa. Please read the following and let us know if you have any further questions. For your convenience Spa Policy's are also listed on our brochures.
While a guest with us you will enjoy your services and the special attention our staff extends to you. It will be obvious why it's important to book your reservations in advance. When requesting multiple services please call 2 or more weeks in advance.
Our spa is designed to provide each client with a tranquil and private atmosphere, due to this setting we can not accommodate wedding parties, or large groups nor do we allow children in our spa at any time.
Reserving your first appointment
All new guest to Harmony Day Spa are required to reserve their appointment(s) with a major credit card. Your credit card will be used for reservation of your appointment(s) only. We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover and all debit cards.
If you are reserving your appointment with a Gift Certificate, please provide us with the Gift Certificate number. Only Gift Certificates with valid expiration dates will be accepted. All Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Please review our Gift Certificate Policy.
16 years of age and under Policy
Children, infants and toddlers are not allowed in our spa. We only provide services for ages 16 and up. Please respect the request of those requesting a quite and tranquil atmosphere while a guest at our spa. Please do not bring children into the spa at any time. We ask that you respect the request of those that are receiving tranquil treatments.
Please give 24 hrs notice to cancel any appointments so that we have the opportunity to fill the time slot available. Any notice less 24 hrs, 50% of any services booked will be charged.
NO shows will be charged for any/all services booked for failure to give proper notice.
Please call us should you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do not make any cancellations or changes to appointments though our website or Facebook account. When booking an appointment for the first time with us, we will ask that your provide us with an email address for automatic confirmation of any appointments you request from us. You will receive an email of the confirmation as well as a reminder 24 hrs prior. It is essentially your responsibility to remember your appointment with us.
Please also keep in mind that arriving late will unfortunately reduce the amount of time originally scheduled for your services. We thank you for your understanding of this policy.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates are written on all gift certificates. We include for your advisement of the expiration date of your gift certificate a card included with all gift certificates to remind you of the expiration date. We will not honor lost , stolen or expired gift certificates. All gift certificates must be surrendered at the time of service. We do not offer refunds on our gift certificates. We appreciate your understanding of our gift certificate polices.
We do not allow smoking in or by any entrances to our Spa.
