Things to know prior to your first session with me.....
While a guest with me you will enjoy your services and the individual attention I will extend to you. It will be obvious why it's important to book your reservations in advance.
I work by myself so it is important not to stop by unannounced. Doing so will disrupt my services with clients and I very much like to stay on task with clients when they are my guest for services.
Appointments and how to make them:
If you need to make an appointment you have an option of booking online through my website or you may call me at 315-777-4215.
If I am with a client and can not answer the phone, you may leave me a message and I will call you back my next opportunity so I please ask for your patience and understanding.
When requesting multiple services please call 2 or more weeks in advance or you may book online on my website. For multiple services totaling $150 or more, I do require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.

I do not provide service for more than one person at a time........
My boutique spa is designed to provide each client with a tranquil and private atmosphere, due to this setting I can not accommodate wedding parties, or large groups of two or more nor do I allow children or any additional guest in my spa at any time.
16 years of age and under Policy.......
Children, infants and toddlers are not allowed in my spa. I only provide services for ages 16 and up. Please respect the request of those requesting a quite and tranquil atmosphere while a guest at my spa. Please do not bring children into the spa at any time. I ask that you respect this simple request. You are here to destress and unwind.
Cancellation Policy........
I work as an individual business owner, and I very much enjoy providing your services. Please respect that in order to provide you with the best products , amenities and setting that I need to maintain a full schedule.
Please give 24 hrs notice to cancel any appointments so that I have the opportunity to fill any time slots available. Any notice less 24 hrs, 50% of any services booked will be charged.
NO shows will be charged for any/all services booked for failure to give proper notice.
How do I cancel or change my appointment.....
Please call me should you need to cancel an appointment, I ask that you do not make any cancellations or changes to appointments though my website, text, email or Facebook account.
When booking an appointment for the first time with me, I will ask that you provide me with an email address and cell phone number for automatic confirmation of any appointments you request from me.
You will receive an email/text of the confirmation as well as a reminder 24 hrs prior. Technology is wonderful, only when it works therefore it is essentially your responsibility to remember your appointment with me.
I fully understand when things happen beyond our control, but please provide me notice so that I can ensure a full working schedule.
Late arrivals.........
Please keep in mind that arriving late will unfortunately reduce the amount of time originally scheduled for your services. I thank you for your understanding of this policy. I work by myself and need to stay on task for all of your services.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
Expiration dates are written on all gift certificates. I will not honor lost , stolen or expired gift certificates. All gift certificates must be surrendered at the time of service. I do not offer refunds on gift certificates. I appreciate your understanding of my gift certificate polices.
Smoking Policy
I do not allow smoking in or by any entrances to my spa.
